Frequently Asked Questions

Each blend is crafted using 100% synthetic kanekalon hair.

If you’re sensitive to braiding hair or prefer pre-treated bundles, you can add the Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) Rinse to your order during checkout. This optional service helps reduce scalp irritation and adds 1–2 business days to your processing time. Simply select the ACV Rinse add-on before checking out, no email request needed.

What if I prefer to wash the hair at home?
If you prefer to wash your braiding hair before use, you can do so at home using an Apple Cider Vinegar rinse to help reduce irritation. Simply soak the hair in a mixture of water and vinegar, then rinse thoroughly and let it air dry.

How long is the hair?
Our braiding hair is 26" pre-stretched, which typically falls around waist length for most. Shorter or longer options are not available at this time.

How much hair is in each pack?
Each pack contains 100 grams of hair. Unlike beauty supply store packs that often divide 100 grams across three smaller bundles, our packs provide the full amount in one pack.

How many packs of hair do you recommend?
The number of packs needed may vary depending on head size and the desired style. As a general recommendation:

  • Box braids & twists: 7-8 packs

  • Knotless braids & bohos: 4-6 packs

  • Feed-in braids: 2-4 packs

For specific recommendations tailored to each blend, refer to the pack guidelines listed in our product descriptions. When in doubt, ordering an extra pack ensures you have enough for your desired look.

How do I care for my braids after installation?
We recommend consulting your stylist for personalized maintenance tips. As a general guideline, washing your braids every couple of weeks or once a month, depending on your hair needs, helps maintain scalp health and keeps your braids looking fresh.

Can I use Blendedxmoni hair for boho styles that require human hair bundles?
Blendedxmoni braiding hair is designed to complement human hair bundles used in boho styles. However, our synthetic blends are not a replacement for human hair bundles. If your chosen style requires human hair bundles, we recommend consulting with your stylist to ensure you purchase the correct amount and type of bundles needed for your desired look.

Can I request a custom blend or one I’ve seen on social media?
Currently, only blends available in the Collection store are available for purchase. Custom blends may be offered in the future—stay tuned!

Do you offer bundle deals for braiding hair?
Yes! We occasionally offer bundle deals and promotions. Be sure to check our Collection store and subscribe to our email newsletter to stay updated on current deals and exclusive offers.

Do you accept bulk orders?
We accept large orders with a limit due to production capacity. If you need a larger order for an event or group, please email us at info@blendedxmoni.com to inquire. Note that we cannot accommodate extremely large orders due to production time and scheduling constraints.

Do you restock limited-edition blends?
Limited-edition blends are only restocked during their designated seasonal timeframe. Once out of season, they will not be available until the next season.

Do you offer wholesale orders?
Wholesale orders are not available at this time.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn’t entered production.

Because each blend is handmade, once your order has begun processing or has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If you’re unsure, reach out to customer service at info@blendedxmoni.com with your name and order number. We’ll let you know if your order is still eligible for cancellation.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be altered or adjusted once submitted for processing. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

I forgot to apply a coupon code. Can I get a price adjustment?
Price adjustments are not available on any purchase.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, this is typically a shipping issue unless proven otherwise.

  • Incorrect Orders: If your order is incorrect (e.g., missing packs or incorrect items), please contact us within 24 hours. We typically respond within an hour and ship replacements within 1-2 business days.

    If the entire order is incorrect, the customer must return it for inspection before the corrected order is shipped.

What if I need my order quickly?
Choosing Express shipping only speeds up the shipping time, not the processing time. Processing times remain the same regardless of the shipping option selected. Please note that our shipping policy is displayed at the top of the shop page and during checkout. Orders cannot be rushed if customers disregard the posted processing times.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay (Pay in 4) and Klarna

Shipping & Processing

Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is only available within the United States at this time.

What are your shipping options?
All orders ship after a 5–7 business day processing window. You can choose from the following shipping methods at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping – USPS Priority Mail (3–4 business days after processing) if local to Virginia, expect 1-2 day shipping speed

  • Express 2-Day Shipping – UPS 2nd Day Air ($15 flat rate)

  • Next Business Day Shipping – UPS Next Day Air Saver ($32 flat rate)

Please note that shipping speed does not affect processing time.

Express delivery begins only after your order has been completed.

How long does shipping take?

  • Processing Time: All blends are made to order. Processing takes 5-7 business days. Orders of 10 or more items require 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Time: After processing, Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 business days, while Express shipping arrives faster.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

  • Returns: Returns are accepted only after contacting customer service and reviewing the goods. The package must be in its original shipping state, and the hair cannot be used.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are not permitted.

  • Refunds: Refunds follow the same protocol as returns.
